Virtual Administrative Assistant
Description: Looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who can self-manage their workload, while utilizing their various skills and talents respectively to meet both client and company needs. Client needs include – responding to client contact appropriately via email, text, or phone, generating insurance receipts, scheduling, and billing. Company needs include – handling client contacts, attending company functions, purchasing supplies, event planning, editing posts, online posting, accounting, receivables, sales, coordinating, and reports. Handling other duties as assigned. (Assistant is responsible for providing their own computer, phone, and internet service.)
Qualifications: Detail-oriented, personable, relational,ability to multi-task and prioritize, good writing skills, editing skills, arithmetic skills, basic computer, internet, social media and website skills, basic sales skills, scheduling skills, and basic accounting and analysis skills.
Training: You will be adequately trained and monitored for efficiency and quality control purposes.
Frequency: Part-time (15-25 hrs per week)
