Jordan is a licensed professional counselor.  He graduated from The Citadel with his BA in Psychology and then from Colorado Christian University with his MA in Counseling.  Jordan specializes in marriage and family, intensives, mood and emotional issues, spiritual matters, grief and loss, identity formation, and trauma.

Steve Leavitt, MA

Steve is a Christian Biblical Counselor and a graduate of Dallas
Theological Seminary with a Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling.  He spent 13 years at Denton Bible Church working with and under Tommy Nelson.  Steve has a book co-authored and published with Tommy Nelson, entitled “Walking on Water When You Feel Like You’re Drowning”

Elena Thomason, LPC

Elena is a licensed counselor with graduate degrees in Counseling from Colorado Christian University and College Student Affairs from Azusa Pacific University. She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and their three children.  She specializes in marriage and family, grief and loss, identity formation, family of origin, eating disorders, and childhood trauma.

Nicole Hohl, PsyD

Nikki is a Psychologist Candidate with a Doctor of Psychology degree in clinical psychology with a concentration in forensics from University of the Rockies. She has been working as a therapist since 2014. Her experience includes work with those who suffer from mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma, grief, suicidal thoughts, and self-harming behaviors. She also counsels couples and families struggling with relational problems, communication issues, and mental illnesses, along with behavioral problems.
Abby Randall, LPCC

Abby is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. She has been working in the field of counseling and trauma care since 2012. Her experience has included work with survivors of sex trafficking, sexual assault, domestic violence, ritual abuse, spiritual abuse, childhood sexual abuse, and other forms of trauma. She has also counseled children, adolescents, and families facing many types of relational, behavioral, spiritual, emotional, and mental health challenges.

J.P. Mertens, BA

J.P. Mertens is a Master’s level practicum student earning his Masters of Arts degree in Counseling through Colorado Christian University. He received his Masters of Divinity degree with an emphasis in Leadership and Pastoral Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2001. J.P. received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and Theology from Trinity Christian College in 1998. He has spent the last 18 years serving in ministry as an associate pastor in churches in Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, and Chicago as well as a department head at Focus on the Family. As an ordained minister, he has had the honor and privilege of providing pastoral counseling to thousands of individuals, couples, and families. He loves working with teenagers, college students, adults, couples, families, and military.
