If you cancel or reschedule any session (one session is 45-55 min), a refund will only be granted, if you give Rock Your Marriage 48 hours notice in advance before the time of your scheduled service(s). If you do not notify Rock Your Marriage of your cancellation or any change to your scheduled session(s) at least 48 hours beforehand, a refund or opportunity to reschedule may not be granted you unless Rock Your Marriage deems otherwise. Rock Your Marriage may make exception to allow you to reschedule within 48 hours for a rescheduling fee of $45. A credit/debit card is required to be kept on file. Rock Your Marriage has full discretion to transfer funds toward another date depending on client situations or emergencies, as deemed appropriate by Rock Your Marriage.
A minimum deposit of 25% is required to book. You have one-week from booking to request a refund minus $75 processing fee. All funds received are non-refundable if your start date is within 2 weeks from the day you book. A 25% deposit is required to book any intensive or retreat, which is due within one week from the time of booking in order to keep and confirm your scheduled service. If you cancel or reschedule any retreat or intensive, a partial refund (minus deposit) will only be granted you if requested in writing more than 14 days before your scheduled service(s). No refund will be granted if requested within 14 days of your scheduled service(s). Your remaining balance after deposit is due on or before 14 days prior to your scheduled retreat or intensive. However, Rock Your Marriage has full discretion to transfer funds as they see fit in order to attempt to accommodate clients in emergency situations or other qualifying events, as deemed appropriate by Rock Your Marriage. Your preferred payment will be the credit/debit card you submit to us, unless you let us know otherwise. It is your responsibility to make sure your credit/debit card has sufficient funds to cover your scheduled services, as well as to alert us in writing if you prefer to pay via a different method. Your submitted credit/debit card on file will be charged the deposit and remaining balance at the times outlined in these terms, unless you inform us as stated above that you prefer to pay via another method or have a qualifying emergency.
Workshops require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. Any remaining refund granted requires written cancellation to Rock Your Marriage 14 days in advance of your scheduled workshop. No refunds will be granted within 14 days of the workshop. Rock Your Marriage has full discretion to transfer funds toward another date depending on client situations or emergencies, as deemed appropriate by Rock Your Marriage.
If you pay for any hotel accommodations, any payments you make toward such accommodations will be refunded by Rock Your Marriage according to the hotels refund policy and according to the refund amount Rock Your Marriage receives.
If you download or purchase any product, file, or form from Rock Your Marriage, you agree to use it for personal use only (unless Rock Your Marriage grants you explicit written permission to do so) and not to duplicate it in any way or to share it in a way that would be detrimental or harmful to Rock Your Marriage or toward any other party, and you also agree to not use it in any way as to make yourself out to be affiliated or partnered with Rock Your Marriage.
